Estranged husband of the gospel artiste, Joyce Blessing has sued Eric Nana Kwasi Amponsah popularly known as Computer man and the Oman FM channel for defamation following some comments he made on the recent revelation of his DNA analysis.
It can be recalled that news of Dave Joy as the man is referred to, and Joyce Blessing broke concerning their marriage and rumours that it has been proven after a DNA test that one of the three kids of the couple isn' t biologically his son. Several comments were made in the media space with some debunking the rumour.
However, in a twist of things, popular Prophet, Computer man condemned the rumours and said he didn' t believe it was true. He further stated that he knew Dave Joy as a serial womanizer. He went on to add that, Joyce Blessing once caught Dave Joy red- handed whiles he was proposing love to one of his church members when they paid his congregation a visit some years ago. The founder and leader of Hope Generation Ministry International further pressed on that Joyce Blessing tried to file for divorce on different occasions during the budding years of their marriage because of Dave Joy' s consistent cheating.
However, Dave Joy says there is no truth in all what Computer man said and that his statements were only made to destroy his reputation.
He has thus sued computer man and oman channel on Youtube. In a writ of summons, Dave Joy is seeking special damages to the tune of GHS5, 000, 000 from computer man and GHS 2, 000, 000 from Oman Channel; the platform used to purport this act.
Dave Joy also through his lawyer wants an order asking Computer man to render an apology and say what the truth is on the same channel.
