
An interim injunction looking to prevent the Electoral Commission (EC) from gazetting John Peter Amewu as MP-choose for the Hohoe Constituency has been allowed.
The Ho High Court presided by Justice George Buadi settled on the choice after an ex parte application was contended by Tsastsu Tsikata on December 23, 2020.
The legal practitioner argued that his clients were not allowed the chance to cast a ballot in the parliamentary political race in the Hohoe constituency.
The complainants, by this turn of events, have brought an action for authorization of their major basic liberties explicitly their right to vote.
